Kathrin Gruber

Kathrin Gruber is an Assistant Professor at Erasmus School of Economics, Department of Econometrics, and Associate Member at Erasmus Research Institute of Management.

She has a Bachelor Degree in Science from the University of Vienna, a Magister Degree in Psychometrics from the University of Vienna and a PhD in Philosophy from Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Kathrin Gruber was a Research Associate at the University of Vienna for one year, then she worked as a Research Associate and Research and Teaching Associate at the Vienna University of Economics and Business for seven years and at present she teaches Introduction to R, Programming for Data Science and Marketing and Seminar Data Science for Marketing Analytics at Erasmus School of Economics.

She is the co-author of numerous scientific papers, like “Motivation, Values, and Work Design as Drivers of Participation in the R Open Source Project” (P. Mair (Patrick), E. Hofmann (Eva), K. Her research interests are: Econometrics, Marketing, Psychometrics, Applied Statistics and Computational Statistics.
