Andreea Baciu

Andreea Baciu is the Chief Culture Officer at UiPath, a leading global robotic process automation (RPA) company. She joined UiPath in 2019 as Vice President of Global Talent Development, was the interim Chief People Officer before and during the IPO phase, and after the company went public was appointed as the company’s first Chief Culture Officer.

In her role, Baciu focuses on translating organizational and individual needs into actionable plans that drive high performance. She emphasizes transparency and fosters a two-way dialogue within the company to engage talent and promote a positive work culture.

Before joining UiPath, she was for a couple of years the Managing Director of Qualians, a reputable consulting company in Romania. Prior to that entrepreneurial experience, Baciu held several leadership positions across different countries — spending more than 7 years abroad in the United States, Poland and the UK — and returned to Romania in 2014 after serving as Executive Director of Change Management at Avon Products, Inc. from 2012 to 2014.

Baciu has demonstrated a commitment to diversity and inclusion through her active role since 2021 as a Board Member for the Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce (RDCC), promoting equality and diversity in the Romanian business community.

She holds a degree in Psychology (2002), is an NLP certified Practitioner and currently a PhD student. For more than 25 years her radical curiosity and continuous learning in all aspects of human behavior have formed the professional she is today — recognized for her strategic approach, business acumen, and passion for driving organizational and individual change.
