Currently the co-founder of a Venture Capital fund, Cristian Negrutiu has an experience of 19 years in the Operations & Supply Chain field.
Cristian Negrutiu has an extensive experience in logistics/supply chain acquired through various positions in different companies at executive level since year 2000. In the period 2010-2019 he was Logistics Country Manager for DSV Solutions in Romania. DSV is a global freight forwarder, servicing all industries with complete and integrated solutions. In this capacity, Cristian served as a Board Member, fully responsible for strategy and the P&L of his division. He managed more than 500 people and lead several local and regional projects, ranging from IT implementation to capacity expansion. In 2018, Cristian co-founded Sparking Capital, a venture capital fund aiming to help innovative start-ups to scale-up and develop. On the education side, Cristian has a double background, in economics and law, followed by an MBA at University of Sheffield. Currently, he is enrolled as a PhD student, with a research focused on entrepreneurship and supply chain.
