Iulian holds a degree in Business Informatics from the Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Business Informatics, ASE Bucharest. His doctoral thesis (2004, ASE) was related to project management for software development. He has been teaching IT-related courses (bachelor and master) in German, at the Faculty of Business Administration in foreign languages (FABIZ). He believes that a solid understanding of information technologies is nowadays a must for every business administration specialist. Iulian's research interests are related to software project management and using IT for effective teaching and learning of digital competences.
